Usual reply time
We answer most messages within a day. Occasionally two, if a trade is taking shape.
Humans, not bots
No ticketing system, no canned replies. Just us reading and writing back.
Feedback too small
Typos, confusing labels, UI oddities. If something bugged you, we want to know.
